MELNNEM goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

We take about 3-7 business days to create your products + plus add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. We unfortunately cannot guarantee an exact time due to nationwide delays with shipping couriers.

Return Policy

We hope you love each product you receive! 

Please DO NOT return any items without contacting us first. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, please note that we do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse and or size exchanges. Refunds are only issued if products are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product. Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 5-10 business days for processing. 

Please notify us immediately, at shopmelnnem@gmail.com regarding any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Claims must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. We will ask for you to provide clear pictures of your product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week to the shipping courier after the estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. We are not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by the courier. Please contact them directly to file a claim. *Refer to your tracking number for updates. Depending on your order, your items may be shipped separately due to our different fulfillment facilities.
